I've downloaded other free books about OBE and lucid dreaming in general from https://www.pdfdrive.com/. Those authors aren't aware of the AI reincarnation system and astral trash phenomena, so called spirit guides as dumb tricks, etc. So read with discernment and distill what you need from them to apply to the practice of knowing what we all know here.

I haven't yet projected but am interested in it. I want to get used to being in that state so I can practice navigating OB when my official time comes.

Altho my main plan at time of natural death is to shield up asap and go within!

I agree. Learning/Remembering everything we can now is the most valuable use of our time here. Frequencies gave me the best results so far but I wasn't able to properly leave the body. Seems like that's the case for most, the ones that do don't seem to control the experience but let it happen to them. I haven't found anyone giving detailed instructions which help to have consistent obe's yet. Once I do I will post them here
